It’s been a while since I podcasted here. Mostly because @fddlgrl turned up and I stopped being “single”. But I *have* learned something new – how to make a chocolate souffle. I had my first attempt last Saturday night and it was a DISASTER. Nothing worked. But I was undeterred. I tried it again last night and it was PERFECT. It’s been too long! I shot this episode a couple of months ago when @RossHill was in town. It’s another Jamie Oliver recipe – Roast Beef wrapped in prosciutto. The side dish is caramelized brussel sprouts (something I first had in a vegan restaurant in San Francisco a few years ago) and snow peas.
And yes… I do say “a roast billet of feef”… but the piano had been drinking, not me….. not me…. (that’s a little Tom Waits joke).
